Subscription, Membership & Refunds

Subscription, Usage, Membership, Refund Certain Services are subject to subscription fees ("Membership Fees"). These Membership Fees are provided to you upon the membership upgrade page and may change from time to time. Unless otherwise indicated, Membership Fees cover an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring periodic charges for subsequent periods as agreed to by you upon upgrading your account. You acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. WE MAY SUBMIT THESE PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED RECURRING CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP PLAN OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES APPLIED BEFORE WE CAN REASONABLY ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR MEMBERSHIP, LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND GO TO THE 'SETTINGS' PAGE. You may terminate your Account, membership and/or subscription with us at any time, and termination will be effective immediately upon receipt of notice. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY AMOUNTS PREPAID BY YOU AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND FOR ANY UNUSED DAYS OF ANY SUBSCRIPTION TERM.

 

No Refund: In case of a violation of our Terms and Conditions, the affected user will not be eligible for a refund of any fees or charges paid to doublelist.com. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, service fees, or any other payments made to access or use our services.

Please be advised that refunds cannot be issued to expired/canceled credit cards. It is essential to ensure that your credit card is valid and active at the time of requesting a refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy is in place to protect both parties from potential issues related to expired payment methods.
